Dealing With The Past

Lindsay Lohan is dealing with problems arising from her partying past. A former bodyguard is suing Miss Lohan $55,000 for unpaid wages and damages to his car. David Kim claims that the Hollywood starlet stiffed him after he protected her from crazy fans and paparazzi.

This claim dates back to October of 2006 when LiLo hired him at $4000/week. In return he worked for her 24/7 driving her and her friends to clubs and concerts. He continued to work for Lindsay until March 2007 without being paid. The damages to the car arose from Lohan’s driver, Jazz, who made a u-turn and smashed into Kim’s car. causing $1500 in damages.
